"Trust by Design: Website for a Professional Translation Bureau"

The Challenge:

Taurus Translation Bureau provides legally significant services — notarized translations, apostille certification, and professional interpreting for businesses and private clients. In this niche, trust is everything: clients hand over official documents, and any doubt about the company's reliability means a lost order. Their existing online presence lacked the credibility and structure that matched the quality of their work.

Key Design Decisions:

A restrained, professional design — because in the legal and document services industry, excessive creativity undermines trust. The focus was on transparency: a clear breakdown of the workflow, straightforward payment options, and real team photos. Mobile-first approach was a priority, as most clients arrive from a smartphone with a specific document already in hand.

What We Built:

A multi-page Webflow website with dedicated pages for each service, a pricing page, and a contacts section. A bilingual version — Ukrainian and Russian — was implemented to reach a broader audience. The structure follows a clear path: service → process → pricing → contact, guiding the client from the first visit to placing an order without unnecessary friction.

Result:

A website that works as a 24/7 manager — answering key questions, building trust, and converting visitors into clients before the first phone call is even made.
