Galarg, a leading logistics company providing services in Ukraine and Europe, approached us with the task of modernizing their website. The primary goal was to enhance user experience and streamline client interaction with the company's services through the online platform.

Analysis:

Non-Intuitive Interface: Navigation complexities and difficulty finding essential information. Lack of convenient tools for quick service ordering.

Outdated Design: The website's visual appearance doesn't meet modern standards and doesn't reflect the company's professionalism.

Non-Adaptability for Mobile Devices: The site lacks full adaptation for mobile platforms.

Strategy:

To address these issues, the following steps were formulated:

Optimization of Site Navigation and Structure: Development of an intuitively understandable structure for swift access to core services. Implementation of user-friendly tools for service ordering via the website.

Design Refresh and Visual Appeal: Creation of a contemporary design that showcases the company's professionalism and innovation. Usage of attractive graphical elements to captivate attention.

Adaptation for Mobile Platforms: Development of an adaptive design for optimal viewing and service ordering on any device.

Outcome:

Following the implementation of these changes, a noticeable enhancement in user experience is anticipated, an increase in the number of online service orders, and positive feedback from clients regarding the new appearance and functionality of the Galarg website. The new interface is expected to attract new clients and support existing users.
